Life Legacy
Age 52, New London, WI went home to her Lord, following a prolonged battle with cancer on Saturday, March 6, 2010 at her residence in the presence of her loving family. Tracy was born on February 27, 1958 in Dayton Ohio, daughter of Carol and Beverly (Knife) Elrod. Tracy graduated from Tippecanoe High School in Tipp City, Ohio. She then attended The Ohio State University graduating in 1980. She was united in marriage to Dr. Timothy Rasor on June 20, 1981 in Tipp City Ohio. Tracy received her masters degree in 1985 in Allied Health Profession (Physical Therapy). They lived in Columbus, OH and Wausau, WI, before moving to New London, WI in 1988. She worked at St. Anthony Hospital, Columbus, OH and then for Lawrence University, Appleton, WI as their athletic trainer. Tracy and Rob Worth together co-founded Advance Physical Therapy and Sports Medicine S.C. in Appleton, WI. She was a member of the First Congregational United Church of Christ, New London. Tracy enjoyed tennis, running, biking and spending time with her family.
She is survived by her husband, Timothy, a daughter, Heather (Ted) Watter, student at UW Madison, WI; three sons, Nevin, Tucson, AZ; Zachary, student at UW Madison, WI; and Paul, student at UW La Crosse, WI; her parents, Carol and Beverly Elrod, Tipp City, OH; a brother, Mark Elrod, Tipp City, OH; a sister, Holly (Jon) DeFord, Casstown, OH.
Funeral Services for Tracy will be held on Saturday, March 13, 2010 at 11:00 AM at First Congregation United Church of Christ, New London, WI with Rev. Greg Watling officiating. Visitation will be held on Friday at the church from 4-8 PM and also on Saturday from 9:30 AM until the time of service. Burial will be in the Floral Hill Cemetery, New London, WI.
