Alice Lenz's Funeral Service Video

Alice M. Lenz, age 89 of New London, passed away on Thursday, September 22, 2022, at ThedaCare New London.  Alice was born on April 12, 1933, in New London to the late Melvin and Ida (Buskirk) Besaw.  She was united in marriage to Frank Lenz in 1952 in New London.  Alice ran the New London Food Pantry for many years and also worked for Hortonville Toy Factory.  She loved listening to Johnny Cash, and Elvis and was a big fan of the Packers, especially Brett Favre.

Alice is survived by her husband, Frank; children, Jean (Randy) Vruwink, David (Jenny) Lenz and Allan (Lucie) Lenz; grandchildren, Paula (Bruce) Pecore, Amber (Dean) Witterholt, Jarod (Janelle) Dain, Caroline Jimenez, Jessie Guyette, Tommy Guyette, Jason (Crystal) Lenz, Faith Lenz and Hope Lenz; great-grandchildren, Griffin, Hailey, Dalton, Isaiah, Avery, Roman,  Jazzlynn, Donavan, Kayden, Nora, Kaiya and Cayden; siblings, Robert (Nancy) Besaw and Judy (Allen) Volz; sisters-in-law, Rose Besaw and Sheila Besaw and brother-in-law, Dennis Herter.

Alice was preceded in death by her parents; daughter, Vickie; grandson, Derek; brothers, Michael and Marvin Besaw and sisters, Bonnie Besaw and Debra Herter.

The funeral for Alice will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, September 28, 2022, at Cline & Hanson Funeral Home in New London.  The visitation will be held from 9:00 a.m. until the time of the service. Burial will be in Ostrander Cemetery, Town of Mukwa.
