Cindy Sue Blum, age 60 of Clintonville, lost her short battle with cancer on Friday, December 29, 2023.  Her final moments were spent surrounded by family and close friends.  Cindy was born on February 28, 1963 to the late Herbert Jerome Jolly and Barbara Ellen Ratliff. Her childhood included growing up in Shiocton, until relocating to Laona, where she graduated from High School.   Cindy settled down in Clintonville, where she raised her family with former husband of 25 years, Kirk Baldwin. She was a caregiver most of her working life.  She worked at Greentree Health and Rehab in Clintonville.  Cindy will always be remembered as someone with a big heart, who loved helping others.  She was a hard-working mother that often worked 12-16 hour shifts to make ends meet.  When she wasn't working, she enjoyed fishing, gardening, cooking and spending time with her family.  Later in Cindy's life, she met her present husband, Vern Bessette and they married in July 2020.

Cindy is survived by her four children, who made up the entirety of her world – Matthew (Charlotte) Baldwin, Amie (Matthew) Greely, Joshua Baldwin and Desiree (Marcel) Cardinal; step-children, Carl (Trisha) Bessette, Apryl Bessette (Travis), Casie Bessette (Lito); grandchildren, Weston, Reese, Leah, Logan, Levi, Corbin, Riley, Lilyanna, Caestin, Willow, Ethan and Melody; siblings, John Jolly, Gary (Linda) Jolly and Tina (Bruce) Spencer.  She is further survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.

Cindy was preceded in death by her parents and her brother, William.

A Memorial for Cindy's family and friends will be held at a later date and posted on the funeral home website.  The family asks that anyone with fond memories, stories, or keepsakes, feel free to attend and share.
