Cindy L. Wickesberg, age 68, of New London, Wisconsin, passed away peacefully on November 4, 2026. She was surrounded by her loving family, with her beloved dog, Ellie, and adoring cat, Lucy, by her side.
Born on September 10, 1958, to the late Arthur and Madeline (Lessard) Gilbert. Cindy was a devoted mother, grandmother, and friend who cherished her family above all else. Her home was her happy place, and she especially loved living on the river. She enjoyed fishing and the peaceful moments that came with life by the water.
Christmas was one of Cindy's favorite times of the year. She loved the traditions, the excitement of the holidays, and most of all, having her family together. Family gatherings, laughter, and time spent with the people she loved were some of her greatest joys.
Cindy worked at Woodman's for 25 years, where she made many close friends and lasting memories. The friendships she formed throughout those years became an important part of her life.
Above all, Cindy loved her children and grandchildren. They were the center of her world, and the love she shared with them will continue through the memories they hold close.
Cindy is survived by her children, Jamie Sager (Eric), Adam Wickesberg (Mika), and Randy Davidson (Chrissy); her grandchildren, Chaseline, Katelynn, Hailey, Aiden, Brandon, Claire, and Dakota; and her best friend, Ron Davidson, who held a special place in her life.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Madeline and Arthur; sisters, Nancy, Sue, and Thyra; brother, Paul; and brother-in-law, Ralph Fuss.
Cindy will be deeply missed by her family, friends, and all those fortunate enough to have known her. The love she had for her family, her home on the river, and the traditions she cherished will forever remain in the hearts of those she leaves behind.
Forever loved, forever missed, and always remembered.
