Dale Besaw's Memorial Service Video

Dale M. Besaw, age 72 of New London passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, November 16, 2023 at his residence. Dale was born on April 18, 1951 in New London to the late Gerald and Valeria (Ritchie) Besaw. On May 5, 1973; Dale was united in marriage to Nancy Nelson. She preceded him in death in 2014.  Dale was a big Packers fan and loved gardening, fishing and taking walks in the park.  He worked at Curwood for 40 years, retiring in 2013.

Dale is survived by his children, Danielle (Josh) Joyce and Derek (Carrie) Besaw; his grandchildren, Bailey and Evangeline and siblings, Duaine (Linda) Besaw, Doug Besaw, Shirley (Bill) Sennett, Dennis (Donna) Besaw, Dana Besaw, Lynn Slosarek and Shelly (Doug) Pagel.  He is further survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Besides his wife, Dale was preceded in death by his parents; sisters-in-law, Kathy Besaw and Judy Clegg; brother in-law, Jeff Nelson; and nephew, Jake Besaw.

The Funeral Service for Dale will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, November 22, 2023 at Cline & Hanson Funeral Home in New London. Visitation will be held from 9:00 a.m. until the time of services. Burial will be in the Emanuel Lutheran Cemetery, Town of Lebanon.
