Darlene Ender's Funeral Mass Video Darlene Edith Enders, age 78 of Hortonville, passed away in her home surrounded by her children on Sunday, January 2, 2022.  She was born on February 22, 1943, in Elton, WI, the daughter of the late Corbet and Raeburn Meeks.  Darlene married Duane Enders on August 11, 1962, in Fussville, WI at St. Anthony's Catholic Church.  Darlene was a hardworking, dedicated, and loving wife to Duane and mother to their four children.  Her faith and love of the Lord were strong and constant and she was a devoted member of SS Peter & Paul Catholic Church in Hortonville.  Over the years, Darlene enjoyed gardening, canning, sewing, knitting, and baking.  Her love for her family showed in her cooking!  After her children were grown and out of the house, Darlene worked several years for All-Lift Systems of Appleton and later retired to care for Duane. She was a Packers fan and enjoyed watching the games with him.  Darlene enjoyed her family and cherished the time she spent with her grandchildren.

She leaves behind her four children, daughter Deborah (Fred) Murphy; son Christopher (Lori) Enders and their three children, Kimberly (Jason) Quandt, Austin (fiancé Sara) and Evan Enders; son Michael (Natasha) Enders and their five children Moira, Annika, Naomi, Anora, and Samuel; and son Joseph Enders.  Darlene had six great-grandchildren, Henry, Hazel, Hudson, Harlow, Harlen, and Howie Quandt; her siblings, Beverly (Bill) Gilbert, Jerald (Holly) Meeks, Sam (Pam) Meeks, Farron (Rachel) Meeks, and Tammy (Roy) Hansen and her in-laws, Tim (Mary) Enders, Dick (Faye) Enders, Kitty (Mark) Keilty, and Gene Enders.  She is further survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

Along with her parents, Darlene was preceded in death by her husband, Duane, and her siblings, Sharon, Corby, Kristine, Marlea, Chucky, Jim, Tom, Randy, Bucky (Lowell), and Buster (Arthur).

The Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, January 8, 2022, at SS Peter & Paul Catholic Church in Hortonville with Fr. James Feely officiating.  The visitation will take place directly at the church from 9:00 a.m. until the time of the service.  Burial will be in St. Mary's Cemetery.
