Obituary

Dennis Lee Griesbach of Centre, Alabama, formerly of Hortonville, Wisconsin, passed away on June 25, 2024 from a battle with cancer.  He was born on October 3, 1951, the oldest of 10 children, in New London, WI to the late Leroy and Joyce (Shaw) Griesbach.  Dennis drove over the road for a moving company for many years, and worked for a concrete construction company.  He also worked for an auto body shop, before his retirement.  He had a love for fishing.  Dennis loved to tell a great story and could name the album of almost any song and the year it was released.  He was a wonderful and loving husband and father, who knew how to be a parent and a best friend.  He was both at the same time, when needed.   His greatest love was spending time with his family and he was a huge Green Bay Packer fan!

Dennis is survived by his loving wife, Tasha Griesbach; sons, Richard (Susan) Griesbach and Dennis J. (Jessica) Griesbach; daughter, Tonya (Chris) Kenly; step-sons, Curtis Much and Christopher (Kaitlyn) Much; grandchildren, Christopher Limbach, John Austin Limbach, Colt Griesbach, Vivienne Voelker, Pennelope Voelker, Adalynn Much and Bennett Much; his siblings, Vicky (Mark) Countney, Jeff (Joan) Griesbach, Mary (Ron) Meverden, Pat (Lori) Griesbach, Robert Griesbach, LeAnn (Keith) Lenzner; brothers-in-law, Paul Kettner, Jason Starks, Brian (Darcie) Starks and Chad (Tina) Surritte; sister-in-law, Barb Griesbach; mother and father-in-law, Linda (Alan) Becker and father-in-law, James Starks.  He is further survived by many in-laws, aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and many friends.

Dennis was preceded in death by his parents; his first wife, Gloria Griesbach; brothers, Greg (Donna Fox) Griesbach and Michael Griesbach; sister, Debbie Kettner; son-in-law, Mathew Voelker; nephew, Jake Londre; niece, Jayla Sillas; mothers-in-law, Gladys Herber and Linda Starks.
