Elizabeth Delzer's Funeral Service Video

Elizabeth F. Delzer, age 90, passed away peacefully on Friday, August 16, 2024. Elizabeth was born on August 7, 1934 to the late Ruben and Katherine (Meshke) Close. She married Donald Delzer on January 9, 1954 enjoying 53 years together before his passing in 2007.

Elizabeth was born and raised in New London, Wisconsin. She graduated from Washington High School and she passed away at her home in the Washington Center.

Elizabeth worked at the Hortonville Canning Factory for many years. She enjoyed doing embroidery, camping, and watching the Milwaukee Brewers. She loved cooking; especially desserts, and most of all, she loved her family.

Elizabeth is survived by two sons, Daniel and Ken; her grandchildren, Kara, Hope, Haley, Adam, Christopher, Mathew, and Nathan; great grandchildren, Kaylin, Camdyn, Breckin, Miles, and Austin.

Elizabeth was preceded in death by her husband, Donald; parents, Ruben and Katherine; three sons, Roger, Lee and Gary; grandson, Erich; and daughter in-law, Melody.

The Funeral Service for Elizabeth will be held at 2:00 pm on Friday, August 23, 2024 at Cline & Hanson Funeral Home in New London with Rev. Kevin Dembinski officiating. Visitation will be held from 1:00 pm until the time of service.
