Betty's Funeral Service Video

Elizabeth "Betty" J. Mytton, age 75 of New London passed away on Monday, March 25, 2024 at Monarch Meadows in New London.  Betty was born on February 19, 1949 in New London to the late Bill and Marie (Millard) Stern.  She married Gary Mytton on February 14, 1970 and celebrated their 54th Anniversary this year.  Many people knew Betty from her many years working in the banking industry.  She enjoyed gardening and crafting.  The most important thing to Betty was her family.

Betty is survived by her husband, Gary; children, Brian (Tera) Mytton and Lynn (Terry) VanMeeteren; grandchildren, Jenna, Belle and Cassi Mytton and Morgan and Zac VanMeeteren; great-grandchildren, Berkley and Emmett; siblings, Mary Lou (Les) Prochnow, Dick (Carol) Stern, Joyce (Gary) Schroth, Jeanne (Steve) Fichter, Bill (LuAnn) Stern and Jane Stern and sister-in-law, Karen (Jim) Smiley.  She is further survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Betty was preceded in death by her parents; mother and father-in-law, Beatrice and George Klingbeil; sister-in-law, Joyce (Carl) Tank; brothers-in-law, Maynard (Jeynelle) Klingbeil and Jack (Inez) Mytton.

A private family service for Betty will be held at a later date.
