Elmer Lehman's Funeral Service Video Elmer A. Lehman, age 92, passed away on Tuesday, January 18, 2022, at Oakridge Gardens, Menasha.  He was born on August 11, 1929, in the Village of Hustisford, son of the late Elmer H. and Cecil (Miller) Lehman.  Elmer graduated in 1947 from Hustisford High School. He served his country in the US Army and served in the Korean Conflict and also in Japan; Elmer was a member of the VFW.  Elmer married Joan Milkey on September 3, 1951, in Nekoosa at Sacred Heart Catholic Church. She preceded him in death in 2020.   He worked for his father at Lehman Service Garage.  In 1968, Elmer began working at Schneider Transport in Green Bay and worked there until his retirement. In 1971, he moved his family to New London.

Elmer is survived by his daughter, Cindy (Steve) Youngwirth, son, Dr. Elmer G. (Joel) Lehman, and a sister Ramona Hackbarth. Elmer was blessed with 10 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his wife, and three daughters Mary Coenen, Patricia Lehman, and Lisa Lehman.

Funeral Mass for Elmer will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, April 23, 2022, at St. Patrick's Catholic Church, New London (Lebanon) with Fr. Phil Schoofs officiating.  Visitation will be held at the church on Saturday from 10:30 a.m. until the time of service. Interment will be in the Most Precious Blood Cemetery, New London.
