Evelyn Wolf's Funeral Mass Video Evelyn "Evie" Marie (Callan) Wolf, age 96 of Hortonville, passed away peacefully at her home on Wednesday, June 8, 2022, surrounded by many family members in her last hours before she went to her heavenly home. Evie was born on September 28, 1925 in the Town of Ellington to the late Clement and Mary (Halloran) Callan. She was united in marriage to Christopher Wolf in Stephensville on June 17, 1950. He preceded her in death in 2014. Evie was a lifelong member of St. Mary's Catholic Church in Greenville and the Christian Mothers. She loved going to the casino and an occasional trip to Las Vegas, as well as watching the Packers and Brewers.
Evie is survived by her children, Sharon (Jack) Vissers, Gary Wolf (significant other, Patty VandenHeuvel), Cindi (Stan) McFarlane and Chuck (Deb) Wolf; grandchildren, Renee Vissers, Jason Vissers (special friend, Jessica), Ryan (LeAnn) Vissers, Jessica Olk (special friend, Jeff), Tina (Craig) VanCamp, Josh (Mindy) Wolf, Jared Wille, Danielle Wille, Shannon (Justin) Polzin, Shelby Wolf, Scott Wolf and Shaina Wolf; great-grandchildren, Makayla, Jacob, Kya, Jaxson, Keegan, Quinn, Preston, Mya, Evan, Jada, Casie and Lily and her sisters-in-law, Carole Wolf and Ingrid Wolf. She is further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Evie was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Chris; sister, Arlene (Bill) Jochman; brother, Leland (Rosie) Callan and brothers-in-law, Joe (Florence) Wolf, John (Arlene) Wolf, Sam (Carol) Wolf, Don (Bea) Wolf and Ken Wolf.
The funeral mass for Evelyn will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, June 15, 2022 at St. Mary's of the Immaculate Conception (N2385 Municipal Drive) in Greenville with Fr. Michael Warden officiating. The visitation will take place from 9:00 a.m. until the time of the service. Burial will be in the parish cemetery.
A special thanks to LaVerne, LuAnn, Carole and Dorothy for being her casino companions and also a thanks to her friend, Kristy. The family wishes to thank Compassus Hospice for their loving care and concern.
