Francis "Frank" Patrick McCarville, age 62 of Waupaca, passed away on Monday, December 18, 2023 at Meadowbrook in Appleton.  Frank was born in Milwaukee on November 5, 1961 to the late Richard Sr. and Elisabeth (Remsburg) McCarville. The family moved to Manawa when he was 9 years old.  He joined the US Army in 1986 at the age of 25. He fought in Operation Desert Storm. He later worked at Hillshire, where he remained for many years.  Frank had a deep love for music, particularly 50's and 60's oldies. Frank loved good old fun, drinking and women and was always willing to cook and grill for everyone. He was a skilled chess player and rarely lost a match. His hobbies included hunting and fishing, but out of everything, he loved his former wife, Mary and his daughter, Lisa the most.

Frank is survived by his former wife, Mary McCarville; daughter, Lisa (Mike) Schulz; step-children, Kim (Jake) Wierl, Joe (Joleen) Nutter and Katie (Adam) Dobbert; step-grandchildren, Kalisa, Keenin, Aspen, Benjamin and Maggie and his siblings, Angie (Ernie) Bartlett, Kathleen (Clarence) Murphy, Richard McCarville Jr., Terese McCarville, Patricia McCarville and Sharon Hussey and partner, Jenny Hunt.

Frank was preceded in death by his parents; brother, Robert McCarville; sisters, Lois and Karen McCarville and Janet (Duane) Beardsley; sister-in-law, Linda McCarville and brother-in-law, Joseph Strombach.

In keeping with Frank's wishes, there will be no formal service.
