Gary Schenian's Funeral Mass Video

Gary K. Schenian, age 75, passed away on Saturday, December 9, 2023 at The Court at Eden Vista.  Gary graduated from East High School with the class of 1966.  He married Eileen Charniak on September 29, 1972 at St. Joseph's Church in Green Bay.  Gary worked in the construction trades and was one of the original founders of PTS Contractors.  He had a great love for the outdoors, enjoying hunting and fishing with his boys and grandchildren.  He will be remembered for his 4:00 a.m. statement on the opening day of deer season, "It's daylight in the marsh".  Gary was a lifetime member of the NRA, NWTF, and a strong supporter of the 2nd Amendment.

Gary is survived by his wife, Eileen; sons, Michael Schenian (significant other, Lisa Decoteau) and David (Jamie) Schenian; grandchildren, Connor, Parker, Remington and Mason; siblings, Kay Gregory, Dale (Mickie) Schenian and Lori (Jim) Fuhrmann; brother-in-law, Dennis (Lynn) Charniak and sister-in-law, Linda Charniak, as well as many nieces and nephews.

Gary was preceded in death by his parents, Francis and Mildred Schenian; brother, Neil Schenian; sister-in-law, Mary Schenian and brother-in-law, Eugene Gregory.

The Funeral Mass for Gary will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, December 18, 2023 at the Prince of Peace Catholic Church (3425 Willow Rd., Green Bay).  Visitation will take place at the church from 9:00 a.m. until the time of the mass.  The Mass will be live streamed on Facebook - popgb54311

A memorial fund has been established and will be used to promote youth programs in the outdoors.
