James L. Hilker, age 55, passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, March 14, 2024.  James was born on May 14, 1968 to the late GaryLee and (Carol) Boser.   He was born and raised in West Allis, WI.  During his high school years, he excelled in baseball until an injury ended his playing time.  James honorably served his country in the US Army.  He loved hunting with his dad, Gary.  James worked his entire career life at UPS, in the warehouse department.

James is survived by his former wife, Barb Lopez; sons, Tyler (Molly) Hilker and Adam Hilker; one grandchild on the way; his Godparents, Darwin and Oreale Hilker and his brother, Scott (Libby) Hilker. He was an uncle to Gregory, Tyler and Luke and is further survived by other relatives and friends.

James was preceded in death by his parents.
