James Lehman's Funeral Mass Video

James R. Lehman, age 88, of Deer Creek, WI, passed away in Shawano, on March 30, 2023 at Shawano Health Services. James was born in Bear Creek to the late Raymond and Gladys (Ramsdell) Lehman. James honorably served his country in the US Army from 1957-1959.  On September 12, 1959, he married Eunice Finger.

James was a farmer in the township of Deer Creek. Aside from farming, James worked at Steel King Manufacturing in New London. He was an avid outdoorsman -  loving hunting, fishing, 4-wheeling and snowmobiling.  James was also an accomplished woodworker.

James is survived by his wife, Eunice; children, Patrick (Pamela) Lehman, Debbie (Kenneth) Luchinski, Terry (Timothy) Prey and Peter Lehman; grandchildren, Ben (Katie), Charlotte (Matt), Michael, Rachel, Kenny (Brittany), David, Eric (Celena), Anna (Hector), Jon, Kyle (Sadie) and Michelle (Beau). He is further survived by his great-grandchildren, Leah, Logan, Abigail, Ella, Briana, Kaidence, Teagan, Kyla, Brayden, Jackson and Carson; siblings, Romona (Marvin) Christopherson, Helen Jaeger, Virginia (Gene) Lautenschlager, Jack (Connie) Lehman, Rose (Gary) Monty, Bill Lehman, Tom (Joan) Lehman and Joe (Patty) Lehman.

James was preceded in death by his parents, Raymond and Gladys; grandson, Brian; sisters, Mary Radtke and Betty Sasman and brother-in-law, John.

The Mass of Christian Burial for James will be held at 11:00am on Monday, April 10, 2023 at St. Mary's Catholic Church, Bear Creek with Fr. Simon Minyati officiating. Visitation will be from 9:00 am until the time of the Mass. Burial will be in the parish cemetery.
