Janice M. Timm-Swanson, age 90, passed away on Saturday, September 16, 2023 at Carolina Manor in Appleton. She was born on September 15, 1933 in New London, the daughter of the late Carl & Jeanette (Kofnetke) Voss. On October 24, 1987, she was united in marriage to Clifford Swanson. He preceded her in death in 1996. Janice loved polka dancing and going to Hawaii, and she enjoyed many shopping trips with her niece.

Janice is survived by two sons, Steven (Carol) Timm – Idaho, Corwin Timm – Waupaca, and her four grandchildren.

Janice was preceded in death by her first husband, Melvin Timm, in 2000, and two sons, Dana and Randy.

A graveside service for Janice will be held at 1:30 p.m. on Thursday, September 21, 2023, at Emanuel Lutheran Cemetery in New London (N5452 Old US Hwy 45). Friends and family are invited to gather at the cemetery from 1:00 p.m. until the time of service at 1:30 p.m.
