Jean C. Leistikow, age 78 of New London, passed away on Tuesday, February 15, 2022, at Kindred Hearts in Clintonville following a long, chronic illness.  Jean was born on December 17, 1943, in Milwaukee to the late Allen and Lucille (McCarthy) Gorski.  She was united in marriage to Gerald Leistikow on August 24, 1969.  He preceded her in death in 2015. Jean loved beer, horror movies, and being in the north woods with her family.

Jean is survived by her daughters, Carol (Alan) Palmatier, Debbie (Harry) Moore, and Dawn (Nels) Lund; her step-brothers, Charles (Patricia) Morris, Gerald Morris, and Ronald Morris; grandchildren, Kevin (Amanda) Ebert, Anthony (Heather) Ebert, Nicholas Felten, Cody Lund, and Emily Lund and great-granddaughters, Kylie, Kinlie and Kelcie and her nephew, David Evans.

Jean was preceded in death by her parents, along with stepfather, David Morris; sister, Barbara Evans; brothers, William Morris and Richard Morris, and nephew, Steve Evans.

A Celebration of Jean's Life will be held at a later date.
