Jean Preisler, age 74, of Fremont, Wisconsin passed away peacefully at home on Thursday December 21, 2023 with her family by her side. Jean was born in Port Washington on November 29, 1949 to the late Martin and Helen (Bittner) Deppiesse. She married Joseph Preisler on June 5, 1971 in Random Lake.

For 42 years, Jean made cookware for West Bend Company Regalware. Jean loved the outdoors and spent many hours on the boat fishing and traveling the area waters. She enjoyed crossword puzzles, suduko, and going for walks, sometimes 10 miles a day. Most of all, Jean loved her grandchildren and her eyes beamed every time she saw them.

Jean is survived by her husband, Joseph of 52 years, and their children, Joseph (Victoria) Preisler and Justin (Annie) Preisler; along with grandchildren, Lucille, Eleanor, Vincent, Mabel, Arielle, and Blaine; and her sister, Cindy (Dave) Katt.

Jean was preceded in death by her parents, Martin and Helen; her twin sister, Jane; and her brother Robert.

The family would like to thank Moments Hospice and Jeans' loving husband, Joseph, for the great care and compassion given in her final days.
