Jean Adeline Sipla went to her heavenly home on April 8, 2025 at the age of 92.
Jean was born in Chicago, Illinois May 11, 1932, to Harry and Adeline Nichols. Jean moved with her family to Friendship, Wisconsin in 1946. Upon graduating high school, she married Albert Sipla in 1950 and they had nine children. More than anything, Jean loved being a mother. She raised her children to know the Lord. Jean regularly supported Rural Bible Crusade, whose mission is to inspire youth to treasure God's Word.
Jean was a talented artist and loved flowers and gardening. She always had a large vegetable garden and flowering plants everywhere. Her love of flowers gave her a creative outlet which included embroidery. She also loved to work puzzles, read and play piano.
Jean is survived by her eight children; Larry(Debbie) Sipla, Jane Dostal, Kathy(Alan) Borud, Nancy(David) Frost, Bob(Mary) Sipla, Becky wife of Bill Sipla, Marjie(PJ) White, Susan(Nathan) Jung, and Julie(Ron) Anderson. She is also survived by 30 grandchildren, 60 great grandchildren, two siblings Charles Nichols and Judy (Larry) Ladwig, and many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by son Bill Sipla, son-in-law Jim Klitzke, grandson Michael Dostal, grandson Steven Jung (stillborn) and great grandson Lochland Jung.
Per her wishes, there will be no funeral. The immediate family will have a private memorial at a later date.
