Jeffrey Stilen's Funeral Service Video Jeffrey J. Stilen, age 65, passed away on Sunday, May 29, 2022.  Jeff was born on April 23, 1957, son of the late Roger and Cordell (Schimke) Stilen.  He was an avid outdoorsman and sportsman. He enjoyed deer hunting, pheasant hunting, trout fishing, trapping, and rustic camping.  Jeff was a great storyteller.  When out in the woods with the boys, every unexplained noise was made by the "Sidehill Gouger".  Jeff spent a lifetime on the road.  He worked for many trucking firms, from Hillshire to driving cement trucks.  He loved to drive.

Jeff is survived by his girlfriend Sara Melchert; children Jennifer Ann Stilen (Jim Flynn) and Joshua J. (Yvette) Stilen; grandchildren: Malakai, Zachary, Ryan, Damien, Allison, and Isabella; a great-granddaughter Olivia; his siblings, Greg (Diane) Stilen, Scott (Lori) Stilen and Lisa Stilen. He is further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Roger and Cordell and a son Jacob.

Funeral services for Jeff will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, June 4, 2022, at Cline & Hanson Funeral Home, New London.   Visitation will be held at the funeral home on Saturday from 9:30 a.m. until the time of service.
