Jesse D. Ott, of Black Creek, Wisconsin, passed away unexpectedly on Monday, April 27, 2026. He was born on May 11, 2005 to Mary and Jeff Ott.

Jesse, age 20, was a son, a brother, and a friend. He loved motorcycles, weight lifting, hiking at High Cliff, and staying active. He enjoyed visiting his friends and was always willing to lend a helping hand.

Friends are invited to celebrate Jesse’s birthday with him one more time at Borchardt & Moder Funeral Home in Shiocton on May 11, 2026 from 3-6 p.m.
