Jill Clair (Tanner) Schneider, age 73, of New London, Wisconsin, passed away at home on Wednesday, September 11, 2024. Jill was born in Pound, Wisconsin on February 6, 1951 to the late Russell and DuWayne (Schmidt) Tanner. She married David Schneider on December 14, 1969.

Jill worked as a realtor, and in her free time she enjoyed family gatherings, fishing, rosemaling painting and traveling with family and her friend Cheri. She loved living alongside the river where she could watch and feed the birds that came to visit.

Jill will be deeply missed by her special friend, Greg; children, Gwenn Radtke (Andrew) and Terra Schneider; her grandchildren, Luke (Jacquelyn), Jared (Nicole), Grace, Sharra, Selena, and Magnum; great-grandchildren, Dean, Lane, Wyatt, Ivy, Sawyer, Jocelyn, Janessa, Damanii, Kendrick, Tyson, and Carter; her brother, Craig Tanner; and nephew, Scott Tanner.

Jill was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, David; her son, Brad Schneider; and sister-in-law, Judi.

The family would like to extend a special thank you to Sarah and the staff from ThedaCare at Home, along with special friend, Greg, for the loving care he gave to Jill.

Per her wishes, private services will be held at a later date.
