Joanne's Funeral Service Video

Joanne M. Heise, age 84, passed away on Wednesday, December 08, 2021.  She was born on October 7, 1937, in New London daughter of the late Kenneth and Virginia (Eggers) Elsholtz. On October 17, 1959, she was united in marriage to Ronald P. Heise.  Joanne worked at Wal-Mart in New London for 22 years, retiring in 2012.  Her family and her faith meant everything to her.  She was a life-long member of Most Precious Blood Catholic Church, New London, and was very involved with many activities, particularly the parish picnic, bingo, and the PCCW.

Joanne is survived by her husband of 62 years, Ronald; children: Barbara (Roger) Krueger, Susan (Kevin) Schramm, Patricia (Ben) Bressler, Stephen (Cathy) Heise, Mark (Mark) Heise, and Thomas (Vicky) Heise; grandchildren: Paul (Tanya) Hintzke, Katie (Chris) Smith, Sam (Keena) Krueger, Joe (Jamie) Heise, Kim (Tyler) Krausert, Michael Heise, fiancé Alana, Brenna Heise (Emily), Brett Heise, Alicia Heise (Josh), Jacob Heise (Ariana), Jordan Heise (Kate), and Karlee Schramm; great-grandchildren: Mila, Gage, Mazi, Beckam, Elsie, Gerney, Ararie, Penelope, Connor, Gavyn, Ajay, and three on the way; sister-in-law, Marie Elsholtz, brothers-in-law, Gene Heise, Dave (Val) Heise, Gary (Judy) Heise, and Norm (Tara) Heise, and sister-in-law, Audrey (Al) Strack; and former daughter-in-law, Jane Heise. She is further survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents, brother and sister-in-law, David (Sherry) Elsholtz, brothers Robert Elsholtz and Charles Elsholtz, father-in-law and mother-in-law Paul and Marie Heise, brothers-in-law Dan and Paul, and sisters-in-law Lois and Kathie.

A visitation for Joanne will be held at the Cline & Hanson Funeral Home on Sunday, December 12, 2021 from 1-4 p.m.  The funeral mass for Joanne will be held at Most Precious Blood Catholic Church on Monday, December 13, 2021, at 11:00 a.m. with Fr. John Kleinschmidt officiating.  Visitation will be held at the church on Monday from 9:00 a.m. until the time of service. Burial will be in the parish cemetery.
