Judy Deimer's Funeral Mass Video

Judith Deimer (Thyssen), age 82 of Greenville, WI was called into the loving arms of her Lord and Savior on Tuesday, February 11, 2025. Born on November 24, 1942 in Appleton, WI, the daughter of the late Raymond and Anita (Forbeck) Thyssen. United in marriage to Jim Deimer at St. Edward's in Mackville, WI, they enjoyed 60 loving years together. Judy was known to many people as a wonderful homemaker, who made her home a place of warmth and love. In her free time Judy loved spending time singing in church as well as being a performer for several years with the Chaminade Women's Chorus. Another of Judy's many talents were her gifts as a seamstress. She made bridal gowns and did alterations; she was dedicated to both knitting and crocheting and gifted many of her creations. It should also be noted that Judy was a phenomenal cook who loved gardening. Judy had a spirit that thrived when helping others, she assisted many throughout the years as a long-time volunteer at St. Mary of the Immaculate Conception as both a Secretary and a Librarian. Judy raised four children and took great pride in her grandchildren. In the little spare time that remained for Judy she enjoyed spending winters with Jim in Mesa, Arizona.

Judy is survived by her devoted husband, Jim; children, Timothy (Renee) Deimer, Kristine (Irenée) Philippe, Rick (Kim) Deimer; grandchildren, Danielle Deimer (husband to be, Eric Fecteau), Dustin Deimer (significant other, Kirstin Ford), Irenée Philippe, III, Brendan Philippe, Carter Wittlin; a brother, Tom (Jean) Thyssen; a sister-in-law, Donna Paltzer; and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends.

In addition to her parents, Raymond and Anita (Tootie), Judy was preceded in death by her daughter, Karin (Kari) Deimer, a grandson, Ashton Ray Philippe; in-laws, George and Hilda (Matz) Deimer; and a brother-in-law, George Paltzer.

A Funeral Mass for Judy will be held on Saturday, February 15, 2025 at St. Mary of the Immaculate Conception in Greenville, WI. Visitation will take place from 9:00 a.m. until 11:45 a.m. with Mass beginning at 12:00 Noon. Burial will take place at a later date.
