Karen Baron's Funeral Service Karen M. Baron, age 85, passed away on January 6, 2022.  She was born in Iron Wood MI, the daughter of the late John H. and Alma (Saari) Nelson.  On October 29, 1955, Karen was united in marriage to Richard Baron in Bessemer, MI.  She enjoyed cooking, canning, singing, and dancing. She formerly worked as a beautician.

Karen is survived by her husband Dick, two sons, Gary and Jim, and numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives, friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents, a son Danny, infant daughter MaryLynn, and three brothers, John, august, and Lawrence.

A Memorial Service will be held on Friday, January 14, 2022, at 1:00 pm. at Trinity Lutheran Church, New London with Pastor Charles Thompson officiating.  No visitation will be held.
