Kelly Ray Martin, of New London, Wisconsin, passed away in his home on Friday, May 29, 2026.

Kelly was born on September 4, 1967 in Charlevoix, Michigan, to the late Robert and Linda (Pederson) Martin. He grew up in Mancelona and then he joined the Air Force after high school.

Kelly was hardworking and held several jobs over his 58 years, including the Waupaca Foundry, Great Lakes Cheese, Outagamie Recycling, and JLL at Amazon in Greenville. In his free time, he enjoyed hiking, cooking, traveling, baseball games, and riding his Harley. We will remember him as a friendly, funny, and generous man who loved to reminisce about old times.

Kelly is survived by his children, Megan (Xander) Hintz, Lauren Martin, Katherine (Josh) Donaldson; his grandson, Royce Hintz; siblings, Robin (Dan) Bean, Christian (Jennifer Larson) Martin, and Ryan Martin.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Linda and Robert Martin; his sisters, Michelle Beck and Carmin Martin.

A Celebration of Kelly’s Life will be held at 4:00 p.m. on Friday, June 26, 2026 at Dan & Robin Bean’s, 744 Korr Rd., Mancelona, Michigan. A local Celebration of Life will be planned for a later date.

Kelly’s presence is deeply missed every day by his daughters who loved him dearly, and by family, friends, and anyone who got the opportunity to know him.
