LeRoy's Funeral Service Video Link

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of LeRoy E. Meyers, age 86, passed away on Saturday, December 27, 2025. A devoted husband, loving father, and a pillar of strength to all who knew him. LeRoy was born on March 22, 1939 in Carbon, Montana to the late Johan and Agnes (Schwartzkopf) Meyers.

LeRoy traveled from state to state, trying to find a job, after proudly serving his country in the United States Air Force. He later joined the National Guard.

LeRoy met the love of his life at the Blue Angel Bar and shared a dance with her. They were married at St. Paul in Dale on June 12, 1981. Together, they enjoyed dancing, going to movies, trips throughout Wisconsin, and playing cards with family. In his later years, he would collect precious rocks and create jewelry with them. He was an avid mall walker, he loved selling rocks at craft shows, and talking about his rocks.

LeRoy is survived by his loving wife, Bonnie; and his children, Sarah Brown and Greg (Deborah) Meyers; grandchildren, Jacob, Jade, Sam, Gregory, Amber, Corey, and Tiare; great-grandchildren, William and Jayden; siblings, Katherine (Rick) and Jane; along with his sister-in-law, Sandra.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Johan and Agnes; his son, Michael; brothers, Harvey, Bill, Bobby, and Jack; sisters, Marilyn, Georgetta, and Roselie; brothers-in-law, Orville and Ronald; and sister-in-law, Elaine.

The Funeral Service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, January 7, 2026, at St. Paul Lutheran Church in Dale, Wisconsin, with Rev. Paul Ibisch as celebrant. The visitation will be held from 9:00 a.m. until the time of service.
