Linda L. Wheeler, age 75 of Dale, passed away on Tuesday, February 18, 2025.  Linda was born on July 29, 1949 in Waupaca County, the daughter of the late Chester and Margaret (Hansen) Christensen.  She married James "Jim" Wheeler on February 29, 1988 in Las Vegas.  They were married 36 years at the time of Linda's passing. She worked at Hillshire Farms in New London and D&D Liquidators in Medina.  In her retirement, Linda enjoyed going to Florida in the winter and gas engine shows with her husband in the summer.  Her hobbies included antique collecting, sewing, diamond dotting and quilling.

Linda is survived by her husband, Jim; her step-children, Laurie (Brian) Runge and John (Connie) Wheeler; her step-grandchildren, Jess (Denver) Pritzl, Kim (Luke) Van Lanen, Cailey Wheeler, Hollie Wheeler and Jaiden Wheeler;  step great-grandchildren, Everest and Barrett Pritzl and Laramie Van Lanen.  She is further survived by her sisters, Pat (Dennis) Thompson and Kathy (Andy) Ward; sisters-in-law, Suzi (Bob) Fischer and Betsy (Keith) Rupple, along with many nieces, nephews and her best friend, Sally Wieseler.

In addition to her parents, Linda was preceded in death by her in-laws and her niece, Farrah Fischer.

Linda will be dearly missed by her husband, friends and family.  Her interment will be in Union Cemetery, Dale, WI.

In lieu of flowers, Linda wanted a memorial fund established for the American Cancer Society.
