Lonna Schuster's Memorial Service Video Lonna Marie (Ferguson) Schuster, age 59, passed away peacefully on Monday, January 17, 2022, surrounded by her family telling stories of their lives with her. She was born in Harmony, MN on September 2, 1962, the daughter of Richard and Bonnie (Thompson) Ferguson.  Lonna was united in marriage to David Schuster in Milwaukee on April 13, 1991.

Lonna dedicated her life to caring for others.  As a teen, she worked in a nursing home where she discovered a love, passion, and natural talent for working with individuals with physical, cognitive, and mental disabilities, and the elderly. Lonna would continue this work through her life in various capacities such as working in adult group homes and as an in-home caregiver. She would do whatever she could to help anyone whenever she could.  Lonna's greatest love and devotion was to her family. "Family Comes First." And it always did for her.

She is survived by her husband David; mother Bonnie Ferguson; children, Stephanie Ferguson (David) Block, Kaitlin Schuster (fiancé Steve Swick), Joseph (Chelsea) Schuster; her grandchildren (whom she loved dearly and brought her great joy) Andrew, Robbie, Layla, Jax, and Braxton; her siblings Christine (Jeffrey) Collar and Michael (Kay) Ferguson. She is further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, and many friends.

She is preceded in death by her father and a sister Brenda Wright.

Funeral services will be held at Cline & Hanson Funeral Home, New London on Friday, January 28, 2022, at 4:00 p.m.  A visitation will be held at the funeral home from 2:00 p.m. until the time of service.
