Lorraine "Rainie" Ann Phillips, 74, of New London, Wisconsin, passed away at home on Thursday, March 26, 2026.

Lorraine was born in Appleton, Wisconsin on December 7, 1951, one of five children, to the late George and Lorraine (Withagen) McCarthy. She graduated from Appleton West in 1970 and married Lee Phillips on June 9, 2001. Lorraine worked for many years as a foreman in printing and embroidery at Jansport.

Lorraine is survived by her children, Chuck (Angie) Reetz and Missy Reetz; stepson, Dan (Carrie) Thompson; grandchildren, Ethan (Kyria) Reetz, Isaac Grundman, Hunter Grundman, and Mira Reetz; step grandson, Jayce Thompson; great grandson, Kane Reetz; siblings, Tess Wheeler, Jerry (Jan) McCarthy, and Tom (Lori) McCarthy; as well as her sister-in-law, Cheryl McCarthy, and numerous nephews, nieces, and other relatives and friends. Lorraine was preceded in death by her parents, George and Lorraine; and her brother, Robert McCarthy.

The family would like to thank the staff of ThedaCare Hospice for the compassion and care given to Lorraine in her final days.

The Funeral Service for Lorraine will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, March 31, 2026 at Cline & Hanson Funeral Home, in New London, Wisconsin, with Rev. Kevin Dembinski officiating. The visitation will be held from 9:00 a.m. until the time of service.
