Lynda Amador's Funeral Mass Video

Lynda Lou Amador, age 86 passed away peacefully on Saturday, November 25, 2023 at Care Partners Assisted Living. Lynda was born on February 8th, 1937 to the late Clarence Rousseau and Cecelia Doring. She married Joseph P. Amador on August 8th 1964 at Most Precious Blood Catholic Church in New London WI.

Lynda loved spending time with her grandkids, whether it was a short walk or an adventure like riding jet skis, she loved it all. She also enjoyed puzzles, sewing, bike rides and going to church. Her cooking skills were like no other, you never left the table hungry.

Those left to cherish Lynda's memory are her children, Robin Lynn (Steven Bohm) Bartelt and Mike Amador; grandchildren, Jason (Tanya) Procknow, Joe Hostettler, Jamie (fiancé, DeAnna) Hostettler, Jacob (Joyce) Bartelt, Jody (fiancé, BreeAnne) Bartelt, Ashlee Amador, Aleesha (fiancé, Cole) Amador, Amanda (Eric) Van Grinsven, Madasin Dorow; eleven great-grandchildren and her sisters, Karen (Henery) Pelkey, Cora Klarner and Laura Rousseau.

Lynda was proceeded in death by her late husband, Joseph P. Amador; sons, Rick Allen and Douglas Amador; brother, Dwayne Rousseau, brother-in-laws, John, Carmel, Benny, Phillip and Guadalupe Amador; sister-in-law, Frances (Melvin) Artz.

The Mass of Christian Burial for Lynda will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, December 1, 2023 at Most Precious Blood Catholic Church in New London with Fr. John Kleinschmidt officiating. The visitation will take place at the church from 9:00 a.m. until the time of the Mass. Burial will be in the Parish Cemetery.
