Marlene Mary (Tremmel) Parker, age 88, passed away on Thursday, September 11, 2025, at her home in Stephensville, WI. Marlene was born in New London, on September 15, 1936, to the late Edward and Lorna (Schultz) Tremmel. She married Leon at St. Patrick's Parish, Stephensville, on May 21, 1960, where she was a lifelong (and oldest) member of the Parish.

Marlene was a rural carrier for the United States Postal Service in Hortonville, retiring in 2000 following over 15 years of service. She was treasurer for the Town of Ellington for 30 years. Marlene touched the lives of many with her cheerful personality and loving ways.

Marlene is survived by her loving children, Stephen (Lori) Parker, Sherri (Rick) Fassbender, Kristine Parker (Linda). She adored her four grandchildren, Joe (Hannah) Fassbender, Nick (Jensen) Fassbender, Jenna Parker, and Sam Fassbender. The recent light of her life was her great granddaughter, Nora. In addition, Marlene is survived by her sister, Karen (Nyal) Magadanz; and sister-in-law, Margaret Parker. She is further survived by numerous family and friends.

Marlene happily joins her husband Leon; sisters, Audrey Griesbach and Donna Morack; as well as her parents, Ed and Lorna Tremmel in Heaven.

Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Thursday, September 18, 2025 at 12:00 p.m. at St. Patrick's Catholic Church in Stephensville. The visitation will be held from 9:00 a.m. until the time of service.
