Michael James Jones, age 75 of New London passed away on Wednesday, July 30, 2025 at Appleton Medical Center.  Michael was born on March 12, 1950 in New London to the late Russell and Sarah (Gough) Jones.  He enjoyed collecting cans and was known as "The Can Man" riding his bike around town.  Michael loved watching movies and the Green Bay Packers. Some of his other hobbies included flowers, gardening and collecting an over abundance of Holiday decorations.  One of his many finds were Holiday cards, including ones with cut-outs and 3D cards!

Michael is survived by his siblings, Betty Jones, Carolyn Colson, Alice Dziedzic, David Jones, Donna Schuelke and Sandy Jones.  He is further survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents, Michael was preceded in death by his brother, Alvin Jones and his dog, Blacky.

Family and friends are invited to join at a graveside service held on Wednesday, August 6, 2025 at 11:00 a.m. at St. Patrick's Cemetery in Lebanon with Rev. Kevin Dembinski officiating.  Please wear Green Bay Packer clothing if you plan on attending!
