Obituary

Michelle Miller's Funeral Service

Michelle Ann Miller, age 54 of Hortonville, passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, August 7, 2021 at ThedaCare in New London.  Michelle was born on September 30, 1966 in Appleton to David and Jackie (Cordy) Miller. Michelle grew up in Neenah, Wisconsin and graduated from Neenah High School.  She worked at Electronic Assembly for a couple years and then at Reynolds Packaging (Presto Products) for 34 years.  In recent years, she also drove bus for the Hortonville School area.  She was always volunteering her time to help anyone whether it was to get groceries for them, take them to appointments, working on a roof, put up siding, etc. You could always count on Michelle to be there and work hard at whatever she was doing. Over the years, Michelle played darts, shot pool, and even bartended for a bit.  Michelle enjoyed camping and was usually the organizer.  The more the merrier was her motto.  She recently bought a school bus and converted it into a camper.  She had the vision and did most of the work herself.  Anywhere she camped she was the talk of the campground and proudly let anyone come inside her camper to check it out.  She enjoyed motorcycling, snowmobiling, and four-wheeling.  If you ever were along on any of those adventures, you know that Michelle could definitely keep up with her brothers and father which is no easy feat.  She recently bought her dream car, a 1976 Trans Am with the firebird on the hood and enjoyed that car to the fullest.  She enjoyed traveling and spending time with her family and friends.  Most trips that she planned were to visit family or friends throughout the country and also one trip across the pond to England. Michelle was a fun, happy, kind, adventurous, stubborn, and always late kind of girl. She was definitely the "glue" for family gatherings, adventures with friends, and staying in touch with the Kentucky family.  Family and friends have stayed close because of Michelle pulling us all together.  She loved her children with all her heart and took them on many memorable trips.  She will be dearly missed by everyone who knew her.

Michelle is survived by:

Her children, Sam, Ben, and Casey Woehrer and her furry companion, Max.

Her mother, Jackie Miller; brother, Dean Miller (Tammy) and their children Clay, Marissa, and Bryce Miller; and brother, Dennis Miller (Jackie) and their children Mason, Alexa and Colby.

Her children's father, Sean Woehrer; his mother, Bonnie Mayer; his sister, Annette Woehrer; and his brother, John (Jodi) Woehrer.

She is further survived by Uncle Jay (Betty) Cordy, Uncle Bill (Diana) Miller, Aunt Vickie (Neville) York, Aunt Nancy Diermeier and many wonderful cousins and close friends.

Michelle was preceded in death by her father, David Miller; her grandparents, Ray and Mildred Cordy and Martin and Ruby Miller; her Aunt Marilyn and Uncle Donnie Ellis; and her Uncle Dennis Miller.

The funeral service will be held at 11:00 am on Friday, August 13 th at Borchardt Moder Funeral Home in Hortonville, Wisconsin.  Visitation will take place from 9:00 am until the time of the service.  As you know, Michelle would want this gathering to be a celebration so please wear something happy and fun instead of black…and definitely not red.  We all know she hated the color red.
