Myra Hanlon's Funeral Service Video Myra Jane Hanlon, age 92 passed away on Monday, November 29, 2021.  She was born on December 25, 1928, in New London daughter of the late Otto and Meta (Breitenfeldt) Forster.  On September 18, 1948, Myra was united in marriage to George Hanlon. He preceded her in death in 2001.

Myra is survived by her son Paul (Tina) Hanlon; daughters, Cyndy (Robert) Schulz and Jane (Keith) Berkholtz; grandchildren: Tony Hanlon, Brad Hanlon, Tim (Tiffany) Schulz, Heather (Matt) Hanneman, Mike (Lisa) Schulz, Kelly (Zac) Dunbar, Krissy (Jerry) Samson, and Mark Grunwald; great-grandchildren, Kyleigh, Mason, Blair, Briley, Evan, Tanner, Cole, Ellie, Nevaeh, Cade and Colt ; sister, Marlene Tews; sister-in-law, Irene Forster and brother-in-law, Wallace (Margaret) Born. She is further survived by other relatives, nieces, nephews, and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, granddaughter, Kimberly Grunwald, brother Clifford Forster, sister Marilyn Abraham, brothers-in-law Charles Hanlon and Harold Tews, sister-in-law and brother-in-law Alice and Walter Born, and a nephew, Scott Born.

A public visitation will be held on Tuesday, December 7, 2021, at the Emanuel Lutheran Church, New London on Tuesday from 9:00 a.m. until 10:45. Private funeral services for Myra will be held at Emanuel Lutheran Church, New London, at 11:00 a.m. with Rev. Marcus Schulz officiating.  Burial will be in the Floral Hill Cemetery, New London.
