Opie Ortiz crossed over the Rainbow Bridge on Thursday, April 2, 2026. Opie was his human father’s buddy (Juan) whom he loved to go on car rides with, always at the ready. While Juan was working on cars in the garage, Opie provided faithful companionship. Opie was always full of energy and especially loved his stuffy toy which he would chase after. Opie will be missed by his human family, Juan, Holly, and Raven Ortiz. Opie is now at rest with his dog sibling Chuy running after his stuffy and in the beam of sunshine.
