Patricia Schmidt's Funeral Service Video

Patricia Schmidt "Grandma Pat", age 84 of Weyauwega, passed away on Monday, August 5, 2024 at her home.  Patricia was born on August 15, 1939 in New London to the late Ernie and Goldie (Goodrich) Foley.  She married Leroy Schmidt on April 19, 1958.  Pat enjoyed playing bingo and going to a good ole fish fry.  Cooking was one of her pastimes and she made delicious chicken noodle soup.  Family meant everything to Pat and she was the glue that kept everyone together.  Pat's grandchildren meant the world to her and gave her so much joy and a reason to live life to the fullest.  Among other things, she enjoyed traveling up north to the cabin in Crandon.  The family spent many years cramped into a camper prior to building the cabin.

Patricia is survived by her children, LeAnn (Alex) Miller, David (Sarah) Schmidt, John Schmidt, Nancy Ralston and Candy (Mike) Draheim; grandchildren, Heidi, Jason, Samantha, Lauren, Dayna, Zach, Heather, Isaac, Owen, Jessica, Kaitlyn, Michael, Jami, Spike, Matt, Malaki, Zoie, Tyler, Austin, Isabella and Levi; 15 great grandchildren, along with six siblings.

Patricia was preceded in death by her parents and her husband, Leroy.

The Funeral Service for Patricia will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, August 10, 2024 at Cline & Hanson Funeral Home in New London with Rev. Kevin Dembinski officiating.  The visitation will take place from 9:00 a.m. until the time of the service.  Burial will be at Floral Hill Cemetery, New London.
