March 26, 1942 – January 17, 2022
Ronald "Jerry" Kuettel, age 79, peacefully ended his road trip and arrived in the arms of OUR LORD on Monday, January 17, 2022. Born March 26, 1942, to the late Harry and Frances (Jakubiak) Kuettel in Neenah, Wisconsin. Ronald was a lifelong resident of the Hortonville and Neenah area and graduated from Hortonville High School. Ron's career is extensive, beginning as an apprentice journeyman for Overly's, Neenah, WI. As Overly's expanded, Ron developed his skills in estimating and planning and in1999 became one of the founding partners with Global Fab Inc. in Hortonville, WI.
Ron was a kind, hardworking man that loved nature, country music, westerns and tinkering in his garage. He loved playing cards, fishing and always had time to give attention to Mitzie, the family cat. He enjoyed working on creative projects in his retirement. He had a good sense of humor and was a devoted husband and father.
Ronald is survived by his wife of 60 years, Susan (Prunty) Kuettel; two children, daughter, Deborah/Angelo Consiglio of Marianna, FL; son, Daniel /Wanda Kuettel; grandson, Mathew/Brianna Kuettel; granddaughter, Robynn and great-granddaughter Brookynn. Sister, Betty/Rolf Schilpp and brother, Richard/Kathy Kuettel, sister-in-law Nancy Kuettel, Brother-in-law, Robert/Sandy Prunty and sister-in-law Patricia/ David Plamann along with many Kuettel/Prunty nieces and nephews.
Ronald was preceded in death by his parents and siblings, Donald Kuettel, Edith Talbot, Jane (Kuettel) Standis, Dorothy (Kuettel) Luedeke, and Charles Kuettel.
The memorial service for Ronald will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, January 22, 2022, at Borchardt Moder Funeral Home in Hortonville. Visitation will take place from 9:00 a.m. until the time of the service.
The family would like to thank Theda Clark for the compassionate and excellent care Ron received. A memorial fund has been established and may be directed to Borchardt and Moder.
