Rosanne Mohnen's Memorial Service Video Rosanne Mohnen, age 83, passed away surrounded by her family on Thursday, March 24, 2022.  She was born on May 30, 1938, daughter of the late Lawrence and Odelia (Duss) Heiting.  Rosanne was a very strong independent woman who loved adventure.  She worked at Elm Tree Bakery (Rich's), and also owned and operated Rock Hill Pines Christmas Tree Farm for over 30 years.  Rosanne loved old westerns and had a cowboy spirit - dreaming of owning her own ranch.  Rosanne loved riding her Harley Davidson.  She enjoyed rock collecting, listening to local bands and dancing, and a glass of Southern Comfort.  She had a special love for her German Shepherds, horses, and cats. Rosanne most loved spoiling her grandchildren and great-grandchildren; she was a wonderful mom, grandma, and friend who will be dearly missed.

Rosanne is survived by her children Jesse (Peggy) Mohnen and Shane (significant other Cindy Much) Mohnen; grandchildren, Beth (Bryce) Goetsch, Megan (Stanley) Jablonski, and Adam (Kayla) Mohnen; great-grandchildren Brayden and Bryn; a brother Richard "Sonny" Heiting.  She is further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

She is preceded in death by her parents, two brothers and two sisters.

Funeral services for Rosanne will be held at Cline & Hanson Funeral Home, New London on Saturday, April 2, 2022, at 12:00 p.m. Visitation will be held at the funeral home on Saturday from 10:00 a.m. until the time of service. A celebration will follow.
