Rosemary Marie (Carey) Fulcer, age 96, went to sleep April 20, 2026, and woke up with Jesus after a life well lived.

Rosemary arrived into the world June 2, 1929, born to Frank and Elizabeth (Flease) Carey in the Town of Lebannon, Waupaca County. She was the youngest of 4 daughters and grew up on the family farm, attended Lone Pine Grade School, and graduated from Washington High School in New London in 1947. Rosemary met Kenneth Fulcer from Hortonville when his family baled hay on their farm. A budding romance began and they became pen-pals during his 4 year tour in the Navy. After high school she was employed with the WI Department of Taxation in Appleton waiting for Kens return home from service.

Rosemary married Ken on Oct 08, 1955 at Most Precious Blood Catholic Church in New London. He preceded her in death in 2014, sharing 58 years of marriage. Rosemary and Ken did everything together. Built their home in Greenville living there for 56 years, traveled the 48 states in their motor home and visited Hawaii and Alaska. They enjoyed going to Kens Navy reunions and playing cards with friends.

Rosemary was creative and crafty and had an amazing flower and vegetable garden. She enjoyed reading, crocheting, decorating eggs, rummage sales and all sorts of projects. Her home and yard were decorated for every season. She was blessed with many talents and her hands were never idle. She was a charter member of the Greenville Women's Club.

Rosemary was a devoted Christian strong in her faith which was a very important part of her daily life. She prayed the rosary every day for those in need. She was a member of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Greenville and the Christian Mothers organization.

Rosemary is survived by her daughters, Deborah (Richard) and Pamela (Dennis). Further survived by grandchildren, Kaitlin and Kalan, great-granddaughters Mara and Fiona, sister-in-law, Sharon Warning, and several nieces and nephews.

Rosemary was proceeded in death by her husband, her parents, and sisters Lucille, Bernice and Arlene.

A mass will be held for Rosemary at 11:00 am on Thursday, April 23rd at St. Mary of the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, N2385 Municipal Dr, Greenville, WI 54942, with Fr. Michael Warden officiating. A visitation will be held from 10:00am to the time of service. Rosemary will be laid to rest alongside her husband, Kenneth, at St. Mary's Church Cemetery in Greenville, WI.

The family would like to give special thanks to St Croix Hospice and Touchmark Care Givers for all the kindness and compassion they gave to Rosemary in her final days.
