Shawn Kargus' Funeral Service Video

Shawn C. Kargus, age 48 of Menasha passed away in Milwaukee on Thursday, November 30, 2023.  Shawn was born on March 17, 1975 to Dianna (Graham) Kargus and Mark Kargus.  He married Bailey Williams on January 16, 2005 in Las Vegas.  Shawn loved fishing, hunting and all Wisconsin sports.  He always had 1000 projects going on at once.  One of his favorite projects was building his haunted house with his kids.  He enjoyed cooking and took pride in being the chef at Crystal Falls.  He created many different things - everything from soap to fishing lures. In his spare time, he loved gardening and was known for his green thumb. Shawn never stopped chasing his dreams!

Shawn is survived by wife, Bailey; parents; children, Tanisha (Josh) Poradek, Chase and Grace Kargus, Christian, Hunter and Dominick; grandchildren, Brooklyn, Elaina and McKenzie; sister, Dawn (Jason) King and their son, Kayden; sister-in-law, Sydni Williams and half-sister, Brandi (J.R.) Schleicher.  He is further survived by many other family members, his sister at heart, Amy, best friends, Uncle Randy, Tony, Mike and Josh.

Shawn was preceded in death by his father and mother-in-law, Gary and Sharon Williams; grandparents, LaVerne and Ardyce Graham; best friend, Jared Samp and uncles, Gary Graham and Vern Graham.

The Funeral Service for Shawn will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Monday, December 11, 2023 at Victory Church in New London with Pastor Jim Harley officiating. The visitation will take place from 1:00 p.m. until the time of the service. In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund has been established.
