Tanya Lee Hattermann, age 50 of New London passed away on Tuesday, January 23, 2024.  Tanya was born on June 20, 1973 in Neenah to the late Bruene L. Hattermann and the late Kathryn Kruse.  It could be said that Tanya's life began when she became a mother.  She was dedicated and hardworking.  Tanya was always present in her children's lives.  She was a talented crafter and enjoyed showing her love for others through her art.  Her canvas art and meticulous attention to detail will be forever treasured.  Tanya was an animal lover, most particularly her cat "Wubaa".  She was a lover of the outdoors and enjoyed A.T.V. riding.  In the past years, Tanya found love and contentment in her fiancé Derek.

Tanya is survived by her fiancé, Derek Dankert; children, William Kruse, Lucas Kruse and Axel Plutz; grandchildren, William and James and siblings, Jason Hattermann, Brenda (Tony) Habeck, Chris (Eileen Lamm) Hattermann, Matthew Hattermann, Mary Dain and Theresa Phalen.

Tanya was preceded in death by her parents and brother, Bruene F. Hattermann.
