Thomas C. Kuether, age 87, passed away on Friday, May 23, 2025 at Aspire Senior Living in Kimberly. Tom was born on May 24, 1937 to the late Antone and Agnes (Walbrun) Kuether.  On August 1, 1959, he married the love of his life, Helen Rosenow.

Faith and family were always first for Tom. Some of Tom's accomplishments in life included being a Boys Brigade volunteer in Menasha, NRA Lifetime Membership and National Guard as a Weatherman from 1955-1956. Outdoor activities were a large part of Tom's life.  He loved snowmobiling, deer, duck hunting and fishing, especially with his sons in Canada. Tom also enjoyed car and boat races, attending The Air Venture at EAA, was a member of the C&R Musky club and was an avid Green Bay Packers fan. Tom met some of his closest life-long friends while working at Banta Corporation.  For most of his career, Tom was a successful semi-truck salesman, even winning a trip to Hawaii. For many years, Tom was a Snowbird to and from Florida. Tom loved watching M.A.S.H. and supervising gators in the backyard during his retirement.

Surviving members include his wife of 65 years, Helen; sister, Pat Bausom; brother-in-law, Chuck Sorenson; several nieces and nephews; daughter, Sherrie (Lou) Candelaria; granddaughter, Jessica (Jordan) Lipsey; great-grandchildren, Ellie, Jordy, and Grace; grandson, Tom (Maria) Candelaria; great-grandchildren, Isla and Miles; granddaughter, Sr. Josefina Marie Candelaria; grandson, Louie Candelaria; granddaughter, Julia Candelaria; son, Brian (Eva) Kuether; grandson, George Kuether, wife Brittany Murillo and granddaughter, Emily (Luke) Rutowski; daughter,  Barb Papenfuss; granddaughter, Amber (Greg) Kotecki; grandson, Collin Papenfuss and granddaughter, Amanda Papenfuss; son, Dan (Tami) Kuether; granddaughter, Brittany Kuether and granddaughter Kaylie Kuether and grandson, Brandon Kuether.

In addition to his parents, Tom was preceded in death by his sisters, Antoinette Sorenson and Barbara (Roman) Floryance; brother-in-law, Richard Bausom and sister-in-law, Alice (Jim) Rogers.

The family would like to thank Dr. Steven Goedderz, his longtime family doctor, Green Bay Compassus Hospice nurses, and Courtney, his very sweet CNA.

The Funeral Mass will be held on Thursday, June 19, 2025 at 12:00 p.m. at SS Peter & Paul Catholic Church, Hortonville with Fr. Phil Schoofs officiating.  The visitation will take place at the church from 10:00 a.m. until the time of the Mass. A Reception will follow the Mass. Burial will be at a later date.
