Trish Nau's Memorial Service Video

Trish Nau, age 52, passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, September 27, 2022, from injuries sustained in a motor vehicle accident.  She was born on September 16, 1970, the 4 ^th child to Franklin and the late Barbara (Romberg) Dobbert.  Trish grew up in the country outside of the City of New London.  She with her twin sister Missy attended K-8 at Emanuel Lutheran School in New London where she was confirmed in the Lutheran faith and graduated.   She then attended New London High School and graduated in 1988.  Trish received a Bachelor's of Science Degree from the University of Wisconsin Stevens Point in Natural Resources Management.

Trish worked as a Park and Recreation Planner for the State of Wisconsin at the East Central Regional Planning Commission for over 25 years.  She loved the Packers, Brewers, and Badgers, playing softball, fishing, camping with family, golfing and reading.

Trish is survived by her daughter Jayden Nau and Jayden's best friend Brianna, who was like a "second daughter" to her; her father Franklin Dobbert, her sister Wendy (Michael) Schwartz and twin sister Missy (Jerry) Wozniak.  She was a proud Aunt of Becky (Jason) West, Jake Coonen, Bethany (Jake) Johnson, Joseph Schwartz, and Spencer Wozniak.  She was also a proud great-Aunt to Makennah, Hailey, Brooke, and Liam West, as well as soon to be "Baby Boy Johnson"; and many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.

She is preceded in death by her brother Michael Dobbert, mother Barbara Dobbert and grandparents Kimble and Eunice Romberg; Elmer and Laura Dobbert.

Trish was strong in her faith and a firm believer in the life ever after.  She strived for positivity, love, peace, and joy in her life with her daughter Jayden.  She lived everyday for the little moments and looked to completing future goals.

A Funeral Service for Trish will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Friday, October 7, 2022 at Emanuel Lutheran Church, New London with Rev. William Heiges officiating.  Visitation will be held at the church on from 1:00 p.m. until the time of service.
