Virginia Radichel's Memorial Service Video Virginia Mary Ann Radichel, age 95, passed away on Monday, February 21, 2022.  She was born on April 5, 1926, to Palmer and Alma (Toepke) Grossman in the town of Dale.  She married Harold Radichel on October 27, 1945, in Hortonville.  He preceded her in death in 2003.  Virginia lived most of her life in the Dale and Hortonville area.  She worked for the Hortonville School District Food Service from 1968-1996. Ginny was a member of the Bethlehem Lutheran Church in Hortonville.

She is survived by her daughter Bonnie Swinford; grandchildren, Todd (Sheila) Swinford, Michelle (Michael) Subert, and Shawn (Leslie) Swinford; great-grandchildren: Kyle (Nicole) Swinford, Tiffany Swinford, Teressa Subert, Kayla (Clayton) Schimke, Scott (Becca) Subert, Michael Subert Jr., Logan Swinford, and Austin Swinford; great-great-grandchildren, Jaycee Swinford, Adalynn Swinford, and Elena Schimke.  Ginny is further survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; son-in-law Joseph Swinford; siblings, Orville (Verna) Grossman; in-laws, Ken (Connie) Radichel, Leland (Arleen) Radichel, Lucile (Less) Krause, and Thalta (Harvey) Thiel.

Funeral services for Ginny will be held at Borchardt Moder Funeral Home, Hortonville on Wednesday, March 2, 2022, at 11:00 a.m. with Pastor Tristan Paustian officiating.  Visitation will be held at the funeral home on Wednesday from 10:00 a.m. until the time of service.  Burial will be in the Dale Union Cemetery, at a later date.
