William Kaufman's Funeral Service Video William W. Kaufman "Bigfoot" age 73, Berlin, formerly of Dale, passed away on Monday, January 3, 2022, at Edenbrook in Oshkosh.  He was born on September 1, 1948, in Appleton, son of Walter and Myrtle (Kirk) Kaufman.  Bill graduated from Washington Senior High School in New London in1966.  He was a lifetime member of Zion United Church of Christ, Dale.  He was a former member and secretary of the Dale Volunteer Fire Department. Bill was a member of the Waushara Country Tavern League, the Wisconsin Retail Lumbermen's Association, founder and member of Berlin Zoo Crew.  Bill co-owned the Kaufman Building Center in Berlin and later owned and operated the Three Stooges Lounge.  He loved wiener dogs, trips to Three Lakes, deer hunting at Dale Duck Inn, the Packers, and Brewers.

Bill is survived by his longtime companion Judy Petit; sister Mary Kaufman; step-children, Patti (Jim) Feavel, and Reggie (Kristi) Kallin, other relatives, and many friends.

Private family services will be held. Burial will be in the Dale Union Cemetery.
